1 About the Platform
Abhram is a cloud-based, AI-native operating system for dental clinics, developed and operated by Abhram. The platform provides tools for patient management, dental charting (odontogram), appointment scheduling, billing, inventory tracking, AI-powered clinical summaries (Abhram Intelligence), and patient portal features.
Abhram is a clinical workflow tool and does not replace the professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment decisions of a licensed dental practitioner. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the healthcare provider.
2 Eligibility
Abhram is intended exclusively for licensed dental professionals, clinic administrators, and their authorised staff. By registering, you confirm that:

- check_circle You are a licensed dental practitioner or an authorised representative of a registered dental clinic.
- check_circle You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organisation.
3 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Abhram Healthcare Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false information or that pose a security risk to the platform or other users.
New accounts are subject to approval by our team before access is granted. You will be notified of approval or rejection via the contact information you provide during registration.
4 Subscription and Payments
Abhram is offered on a subscription basis across our Starter, Max, and Pro plans (priced in Indian Rupees). By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:
- check_circle Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually depending on the plan selected.
- check_circle Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable Indian law.
- check_circle Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
- check_circle Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
5 User Responsibilities
By using Abhram, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not:
- cancel Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
- cancel Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
- cancel Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system or another user's data.
- cancel Share login credentials with individuals who are not authorised staff of your clinic.
- cancel Use any automated tool to scrape, extract, or mirror platform data.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform — including the entry and handling of patient data — complies with all applicable Indian laws and medical regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP), 2023.
6 Data and Privacy
You retain full ownership of all patient and clinical data you enter into Abhram. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of that data, including obtaining appropriate patient consent where required by law.
Abhram Healthcare Solutions acts as a data processor and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security. For full details on how we handle data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7 Intellectual Property
All content, software, design, trademarks, and technology on the Abhram platform — including Abhram Intelligence — are the exclusive intellectual property of Abhram Healthcare Solutions. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform solely for your clinic's internal operations.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
8 Third-Party Integrations
Abhram may integrate with third-party services, including SMS providers, AI services, and cloud storage platforms. These services operate under their own independent terms and privacy policies. Abhram Healthcare Solutions is not responsible for the availability, performance, or security practices of third-party providers. We encourage you to review their policies before use.
9 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the platform. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect access. Abhram Healthcare Solutions may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time, with or without notice.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Abhram Healthcare Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or clinical errors arising from platform use. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to Abhram, with or without notice, if you:
- cancel Breach any provision of these Terms.
- cancel Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity on the platform.
- cancel Fail to make payment for a paid subscription.
Upon termination, you may request an export of your clinic's data within 30 days. After this period, we reserve the right to delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.
12 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
13 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
14 Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Abhram Healthcare Solutions regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
